What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, or within 28 days for store credit. Refunds and store credit are issued once we receive your returned items.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, fill out the form on our Returns page or email us at admin@othernoon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
My bag arrived misshapen or creased from transit — what do I do?
This can occasionally happen during long-distance shipping, especially with our leather or woven styles. In most cases, it is easily resolved, by gently stuffing the bag with tissue paper or a folded towel to allow it to return to its original shape and hanging it on a door handle or a coat hook. The structure will gradually return to its natural shape.

If the bag does not return to its intended shape after daily use, please contact us at admin@othernoon.com.
Can I exchange my bag for a different colour or style?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, we recommend starting a return for a refund or store credit and placing a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to secure your preferred style, as inventory can move quickly.
How long does my refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of it arriving with us), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds to your original payment method typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
